...to say that even though I haven't been posted, I HAVE been doing more stretching and yoga-y stuff this week. Thank goodness! I should have more to report tomorrow.

GBoTW = Getting Back on Track Week (see my last post) I did some stretching this morning. That's something! I plan to increase the stretching I do throughout the day (when I take breaks from my desk). I'm going to have to straighten up a bit in here to actually have space to roll out the mat tomorrow. =/ I DID do my camel-intro-stretch-thing. And of course I also did my daily mantra. How far am I into my 40 days? I'm not really sure!!

Oh, goodness. I missed my daily yoga once, twice, then more time passed and now it has been a couple months of very, very rare home yoga! And to make matters worse, for various reasons I have only made it to Kundalini classes for many weeks, too. Now, I truly love Kundalini. But I need to do other kinds of yoga, too. Very interesting focus for the month of April! I'm going to have to ponder this. But I might go with camel pose. =P Anybody know why this is called camel??
