Another good video from Patrick at YogaGarden. This video shows modifications of poses for people who are very tight. The modifications allow you to start to stretch and strengthen without injury.

thank you for sharing that wonderful video! i tried the modification for the camel pose along with the video and it felt wonderful to feel the lift in my heart - this is one pose i dreaded and avoided because of tightness....also, in class this past saturday, we used the block for a restorative bridge pose, which i've added to my home practice. i'm beginning to accept the use of props in my home practice a little more, and it's made a difference in how i feel and can melt and breathe more into a pose.
