
Hi WoYogis -- Apologies, I haven't been online much ... I've been birthing Drishti Yoga! It is done, we are open, and we have actual people walking through the door to take yoga. It has been an amazing experience. Exhausting, but amazing.
I did OK for a while keeping up with daily practice, but toward the last week of February/first week of March it got really spotty as my husband and I really threw ourselves full-time into getting the space ready. Now I'm trying to get back into the asana groove, plus teach so many more classes than I ever thought I would, AND keep my day job.
The thing that has really helped me stay sane has been my daily quickie meditation. I only missed one day. And that day really sucked, I have to say. Mantra saved my sanity!
What I chanted leading up to the whole shebang: Kali mala daily, her bija mantra Kreem. What I'm chanting now to get this new enterprise off and running: Ganesh mantra, Om gum ganapataye namaha.
