Had a nice practice today-I'm starting to notice that I'm finally going down sufficiently with my arms during chaturanga, and I generally felt strong and with good balance today. Started trying balancing my whole body on my two arms every time I finish a seating position, and lift the hip back up, though I'm not strong enough (or I am not doing it right, or both). Never mind, for some reason I thought it all felt like real progress.
