Practiced today, after another 2-day break. I felt really well, more flexible than most times lately (although my torso has some strange stiffness lately), and my balance getting decent (though not great). I also made a point out of balancing my body in my arms in between sitting poses, trying to get strength for the jump backs; while trying to figure out how to do the jumps forward, where I tend to open my legs too much and of course they crash with my arms. Sigh.
I feel physically very well after practice, hopefully tomorrow it'll be even better.
