Day 29 - Hatha Class with DH
My husband and I attended our Tuesday Hatha class today. After struggling with motivation to practice over the last few days, it was a relief to get to class and just follow. I finally got a few photos with his feet - and trust me - this is their best side. I couldn't really come up with a proper yoga-related pose - but here you go. I'm a bit disappointed in my recent distraction & lack of drive but am trying to believe that it is all part of a cycle and my energy will return. Namaste.

Hey Lia - I started first. I've been dragging him into it. But he is willing and getting more limber and used to all the "funny names" for the poses.
