Yoga on the Beach

Well, I am back from my cruise! I can't believe it's been over for a week now! I was able to get one yoga class into my trip! I was hoping for something each day, but there were only 2 options and one was during my dinner time. I think I'm glad it turned out how it did, though; because yoga on the ship may have caused a lot of falling down. The class I attended was on the beach! Yoga Retreat!

I'm so excited because I'm planning to go to a Yoga Reatreat in May! It's a Kundalini retreat. It will be great to get away and I'll learn a new form of yoga. I'm sure it will be a great stress relief! I'm going on a trip in April and I'm wondering if yoga class will be available. I'm going on a cruise and from what I understand, the ships are like communities on the sea. I would imagine some classes would be offered. It would be great to get some yoga in while I'm away. Now I'm Cookin'

Today was excellent. I spent some time with my mum shopping for books. She had a list of books and I was just along for the ride. At one point she spotted a vegetarian cookbook. It's called 365 Easy Vegetarian Recipes by Sally N. Hunt, Ph.D. I took a look through it and it looks like just the kind of cookbook I need! Grounding Myself Before Yoga

For this month, I have decided that I need to get myself grounded into a real routine and then fit my yoga routine into that schedule. My first goal toward getting myself more organized is meal planning. I want to plan our meals for each week ahead of time. This way, I can get specific items needed for each menu item.
