Vinyasa - focus on different chakra field each week and use lots of flow, different breathing practices, imagery/meditation to finish up in savasana.
Also teach a combo of QiGong with Yin Yoga - and ... ZUMBA!

About Me:
I have been living in Birch Bay, WA (on Canadian border) for almost 7 years now, but grew up in SF bay area. Lived 10 years in Europe, a few years in DC, 7 years in Nashville and then back to West Coast - and Birch Bay... (I do miss SF area, tho....) but it's beautiful here. I m in a relationship with a sweet man - we co-own a Mexican restaurant here but that is really more 'his' thing. I just opened a yoga/workshop studio and am in 'building' process... offering lots of classes and will be holding workshops starting in November on various topics including Heart Rhythm Meditation (www.iamheart.org) and Myers-Briggs.
