Yeah that's kind of far, isn't it? Snoopy likes Cognac. He's a French basset, an Artesian Norman Basset, the most high-strung, difficult kind. And what's worse is that his adho mukha svanasana is truly better than mine.

Seriously, practice and all is coming

Okay, so it shouldn't suprise you that I haven't posted anything on here in a week...but you can check out my regular blog for the lowdown.


On practice news...strictly asana, I finally FINALLY floated into bakasana...jumped up into straight leg pike, pulled into bent knees and slowly pulled into my arms without doing the big thud drop...


I was glowing (and I suppose inwardly gloating) after...
