I am from California in the United States. We have been here in Europe since February 2006. About 2.5 years. It's been interesting and amazing! We have had the opportunity to see and do so many things we have only dreamed of. What about you? Kommen Sie aus Österreich? (Still practicing my Deutsch. :))

1 July - Day 1-That´s what I needed
Additionally I also started to do some meditation at home. The goal for this month. Twice a week a yoga class. one workshop by mid July and for the other days a practise consisting of 10 min. Meditation and about 15-20 Minutes Yoga - drawn from the very nice newsletter from Hatha-Yoga Berlin
