I just LOVE YOGA! Everything about the practice is an on-going experience of life. It's physical, emotional, spiritual, sensual, rejuvenating, energizing, uplifting, fullfiling, peaceful, rewarding....I could go on...! The challenge in my teaching...

Liz W said… - Hello again, Lynn. You asked about birds in my area - in and around our garden we have wood pigeons, blue tits, mistle thrushes, blackbirds and sparrows. Around the marshes nearby we also have cormorants and various kinds of gulls and ducks. Boat trips are a great way of seeing more unusual birds, too. I particularly love herons - they look so timeless.

- hi lynn! great page! i haven't been on in forever! still practicing ashtanga tho'. you'd love florida summers if the rain and all that comes with it relaxes you. i love when it comes at night when i'm in bed. but it depresses me when it arrives in the daytime. i need my sun. have a great weekend!

The rain: calming and magical
I'm sitting here typing this and it is just so very nice to hear the warm rain fall. I love summer rain! It relaxes, calms and is very mystical. Watching the dark clouds roll in and feeling the wind through the screen door. Everything outside is green because of the great amounts of rain we had been getting....and then so suddenly appears the sun and to top it off, the most beautiful rainbow. Life is grand, nature is beautiful. Peace!
