Completely crazy for me to read from someone, that I have clear goals. I always used to be the person, who never knew what she wants - and I am still. At least for my yoga I have a goal - for this month...

Day 22

I am still here and yes, have been practicing yoga every day. Internet was broken for the better part of 2 weeks but "Huete alles klar"!

I've had some amazing and not so amazing days of practice. I mean ideally, I will practice every day when this is over... I have had lovely time so far.

Spiritually? Haven't found my path yet, but it is becoming more clear. Do I know any more of the Sanskrit names for asanas than I did before? No, but I am not sure that is so important at this point. Going to… Continue

Day Three

In terms of yogic practice, last night and this morning were pretty stellar. I attempted a more thorough practice last night with success. Moreover, I found myself moving into and out of asanas so naturally and without much thought-- just an overall awareness of... flow. I surprised myself! Things I had not attempted in quite some time came right back to me. Then this morning it felt so nice to just go through my morning practice. Here I am. It's July already!

Today, Day One, just happens to be the worst day of my period. Ugh.

Still, I've committed to this. I am going to maintain, no matter ----. I want to learn what I am going to learn, especially about myself and yoga.
