So today is a milestone in WoYoPracMo. Congratulations to all our participants and to any readers who found information, entertainment or inspiration in the blogs.

Quick evening practice tonight. I talked my husband into joining in. And then nagged him about his form - which I have really conciously avoided until now. I admit I was kind of tightly wound from working out an antivirus problem on his computer. Lost password. New email address. Downloaded several times. Before Tuesday night class, the teacher half-jokingly asks "So, any new injuries I should know about?" I don't answer aloud but that little voice in my head is wrying commenting "Not unless you count sloth," I missed 2 days...in a row! Sunday and Monday. Ah well, back in the saddle on the mat now.

Step your right foot back. Giggle. Raise your arms up into temple hands. Giggle. Raise your back leg up off the floor. Ha-Ha! Breathing in I feel calm. Breathing out I smile. Snicker. Giggle. Laugh. Savasana. Quiet. Phone rings. Hysterics.
Our neighbor and her daughter and friends joined me for yoga tonight. They really liked it and they really giggled alot. I might have to look into "Laughter Yoga"
