Another great Immersion day. Six hours of which a little over an hour or so was actual practice. We also had watched a great video discussing the yoga sutras and we have a very interesting lecture on anatomy. I am a bit sore today.

I have had the privilege of taking classes with Christina. At the moment, I am making the trek to Yoga Yoga in Austin to practice--I am in the teacher training program there. I teach Thursday nights at 5:30 St Mark's Episcopal Church. That's until March, when things will change a bit, starting to teach for a new non-profit here in town called Yoga and Health. Where and when do you teach? Is the new studio you're referring to The Dojo on LBJ?
I'm teaching Friday morning at Clear Spring and Saturday mornings at YYNW.
Happy yoga-ing. I hope I'll see you again at PRYT someday.
