I am back too;-)

As YogaLaura, I am back after a long time:-)
I didn't wrote about october theme but actually it inspired me a lot (thanks for the theme unrelaxeddad). That has been a long time that I wanted to set up a daily time for meditation. I was practicing sometimes but not with consistency. So after reading the theme last month I thought it would be the right time to work on that.
It's been two weeks now that I am having a morning routine that incorporates chanting and meditation. I love that!

The End

I don't have the time to sum up my last days in the WoYoPracMo but since my last post, I practised everyday. Always more or less 1 hour.

So the month is already over. I know that I am going to keep this daily practice as it was in january. I kind of found my balance.

I wish everyone nice practices for february:-) I wish that the good energy from this network will still feed the comm

Hey there Cristel. Just popped in to say (even though its a couple days late because I just got back from vacation) Happy New Year 2008! I'd love to hear any of your new year's resolutions! How did you celebrate the turning of another round about the sun?

Kitesurfing here is pretty fun. The waves on the east coast aren't the best so you have to travel to find them, but the wind here is magic in the winter - pretty cold though. I'm still only learning but loving it! SF must be amazing for kitesurfing - do you have to wear a wetsuit at all?

Heya
Thanks for your post, that's a beautiful horse in the picture you have posted. I've never met David but I must look him up and see when he's in Dublin next.
Take care,

I thought about it, but I don't want to fill the schedule too much. Audrey's still so young, and I already have the class I will teach on Tuesdays, swimming class for Audrey on Wednesdays, a yoga class (weekly 90- or 120-minute workshops for advanced students or teachers) for myself on Thursdays... I don't want to commit to too much and not be able to do half of it. Still considering, but I'm not decided yet!

I looked on the Sivananda website, and they seem to be offering pre-natal classes only?

Merci Cristel!

(my god, Cristel, does this make any sense at all? Sorry to put you through this.) Ton eeyore:)

See! You're page is lovely too! I didn't realize there was a Paris layout. How fun! Paris is a city I have always loved despite the fact that I have never been there. Next year I'll be starting two years of French lessons at University in preparation for the moment when I finally DO get to go to Paris. Every writer and artist needs to live in Paris at some point in their lives, right?

p.s. My little Boy is almost 2 1/2 too.

Merci Cristel!

Audrey is fantastic! I know every parents thinks the same thing, but she IS the most wonderful little girl in the world! ;)

Should be interesting!
