I have been practicing and teaching yoga for about 9 years now.
About Me:
I LOVE my life! I have four mostly grown wonderful kids, a son-in-law, a very beautiful and happy grandson, and two extremely spoiled dogs that love me lots. In addition to practicing & teaching yoga, I am a massage therapist and have recently started a wellness service that caters to women.
