What type of yoga do you practice?
General, although hoping to learn more! I enjoy power yoga, vinyasa, and anusara. I am most eager to try bikram and hatha yoga.
How long have you been practicing yoga?
Casually for a number of years, first "meeting" yoga (as it were) through Yoga Booty Ballet. I've grown more serious about it in the last year or so.

A quickie check-in

This week has been hard. Between expanding work hours and early-morning exercise and evening commitments to various rewarding yet draining meetings and Bible studies, I am worn out. That is, tired to the point where I hurt inside, where I understand what "bone tired" actually means," where it feels exhausting to even consider the next morning's work-out at the YMCA, where I feel sick. What is grounding?

Grounding is such an elusive concept to me. I suppose if I tried to define it I would say that it is a method or state of being fixed or planted in something, of having a foundation. But how does that play out in yoga and, more importantly, in life?
