Comment by Lynn on April 23, 2009 at 5:30pm - I just LOVE YOGA! Everything about the practice is an on-going experience of life. It's physical, emotional, spiritual, sensual, rejuvenating, energizing, uplifting, fullfiling, peaceful, rewarding....I could go on...! The challenge in my teachings is to respect the timing of the class (it goes by so fast!)...I also find it challenging to give multi-level classes...haven't quite figured that one out. I always feel like the more advanced students are getting bored but the beginners require assistance...any ideas on this one?

Hello everyone! I have been teaching yoga for about 8 years now, but have been teaching dance & fitness classes even longer, a lot longer. I've been teaching mostly at an athletic club, but would LOVE to have my own space. Has anyone else done that and if so how did you get started?
