gosh i'm new, i don't know how to post, but my practice is very regular, except that i've been ill for the last 2 weeks upon returning from india. when i can practice, i am strong & complete primary, as i'm afraid of intermediate until i stop being sick, as i've been in the hospital twice. but i'm grateful no matter what i can squeak out, always feels good after, not always fun. that's yoga.
discipline wise, i don't really understand it much, as astanga is a lifestyle, at least for me. i don't think about whether or not i will practice. i just practice. is that stupid?
is it important to state what posture i'm on? as i don't really find it relevant, cause all teachers are different...
